If the sun is out, we're pretty much open. Hours change to match the sunrise and sunset to give you the most light for play (plus, it's stunning out on the green at those times).
The course is open 7 days a week. We are open every weekday, weekend and public holiday (except Christmas Day).
Opening hours are a guide only. Our booking schedule will always have the most up-to-date times for bookings.

North Adelaide Golf Course has three courses that make it up: the North Course, South Course, and Par 3 Course.
Par 3 Course, next to the River Torrens, is a cheap, convenient day out for the beginner golfer – as well as a great family or group experience. All holes in this course are Par 3's (only a short 56 to 140 metres in length).
North Course is ideal for a quick round before or after work, or a casual hit with friends on the weekend. It's a Par 68 layout with a mix of short, tight holes and longer, open fairways.
South Course offers you a challenging layout and fantastic views of the Adelaide CBD – perfect for the seasoned players. It's a Par 71 Championship layout with Kikuyu fairways, Bent Grass greens and Santa Anna Couch tee beds.
This can vary depending on the day and the course. As a guide: on average Par 3 will take 1.5 hours, North Course 3.5 hours & South course around 4 hours.
With fantastic local and imported beers, fine local wines, and trained baristas, enjoy a drink before, during, or after your game.
On peak days we have a refreshments cart on course that provides drinks, food and snacks; however, we do not guarantee it being on course and you should check prior to your round if the cart will be on course that day.
FYI: The drinks cart usually doesn't run during the evening for staffing reasons. BUT we can make it work for you for a small additional cost. Just let us know.
Here are a few things to know about golf course etiquette to improve your experience on the green.
Don't have the gear? Never fear. We've got heaps you can hire or buy on site. From balls and gloves to clubs and carts, we can deck you out with everything you need. In fact, you can hire a set for Par 3 for just $5.50.

In rain or extreme conditions, our management team will decide if South, North, or Par 3 courses are suitable to play.
We will signal Suspension of Play by sounding a single prolonged blast from a siren. Seek shelter immediately if you hear the alert. We will signal the return to play with three short blasts from a siren.
The dress code is casual, neat, and tidy.
A collared shirt is not required, but closed-toed shoes are (with soft-spikes preferred).
Our main rule: singlet tops for men are not acceptable on the South Course.
Our golf course is a child-safe environment. We believe it is important to reduce risk of harm to young people at our course – to make golf a welcoming game for everyone. This policy goes all the way up to the people we employ and the services we provide.
We are also very committed (and indeed, legislation requires us) to protect adults that are vulnerable in our society. This includes anyone in need of community care for mental or physical disability, frailty, illness, or an inability to protect against harm or exploitation.
City of Adelaide has developed Guidelines for working with children and young people, which we follow. Take a look through the PDF for details – you'll also find it on display at the course and in other public areas.
We are fully licensed for the North and South Courses, as well as the Pro Shop and 19th Hole Cafe & Bar. This does mean, however, that BYO alcohol is not allowed. If you bring your own alcohol, you will be asked to surrender it to staff, where you can collect it before you leave. If you don't respect these rules, you will be asked to leave without refund.
You can get imported beers as well a comprehensive selection of mostly local, South Australian wines at our 19th Hole Cafe & Bar. A drinks cart tours the holes every weekend and also on public holidays and peak holiday periods.
